We at Westpoint Homes are proud of our homes, and we take pride in everything that we build. We want you to know that our customer service lasts long after you move in. We will keep in touch with you throughout the year, offering our assistance in whatever you may need. We provide a one-year builder's warranty, and we will send you a written reminder when that warranty is about to expire.
In an effort to continually improve our customer service, Westpoint Homes uses an independent third party, GuildQuality, to survey every customer after they move in, and again at the end of their first year in their new home. This information provides us with valuable feedback from the people we feel can best help us to continue meeting the high standards our buyers expect. All warranty work and repairs will be done Monday through Friday between the hours of 8:30 a.m. and 3:30 p.m., except on holidays.
Buyer must make arrangements for someone 18 years or older to be home for warranty work to be performed.
